First of all this question cannot be answered briefly and accurately at the same time, so please read patiently!

AES was started by Leslie & Steve Cooke 15 years ago with a very focused business plan in place, give the customer what they want and more if at all possible. They knew from experience that customers were not treated as “honored quest” and that alone inspired the beginning of AES.

This is still true today as we are 80+ employees strong, and still moving forward.

Our quality policy states the following: We will continually strive to meet the needs and expectations of our customers and employees while becoming the most dependable, highest regarded service company in the nation.

AES tries to follow this policy everyday! We know our greatest resource is our staff, they (AES staff) know our greatest resource is you the customer!

We have a full range of services from electronic component level repair and design to motor overhaul of up to 400 horsepower with MCE load station capable of in system data capture for quality assurance and customer piece of mind. We also have complete hydraulic services that are second to none with its pump and cylinder repair capabilities. We have all this under one roof at our 90,000 sq. ft. state of the art facility. Our approach to business was established by Leslie and Steve on day one: Form relationships, find out what the customer truly wants and do everything within your power to make it reality for them at a cost that a true partnership would yield.
