What do you do?
We are an industrial equipment repair company specializing in electronic, hydraulic and motor repairs. Our technicians utilize state of the art equipment to test and troubleshoot down to the component level. To complement our repair business we also resell equipment for some of the top manufacturers in the industry. All products and repairs come with a warranty.
Do you work with OEM's?
Yes, in many cases we are an authorized OEM repair facility.
How much will the repair cost?
The cost to repair can vary significantly on the same products. The primary reason is the amount of damage to the item will affect the cost. Other pricing factors include replacement components and time required to complete and test a quality repair. Typically our repair prices are less than 50% the cost of new. AES does not charge to evaluate and quote repairs for your item so you can make an informed decision on repairing or replacing the items.
Do you provide rush repair service?

Do you offer pickup and delivery?
AES offers pickup and delivery regionally. If you prefer to ship or drop off your items, we are located approximately 30 minutes North of Winston-Salem, NC. Our physical address is 101 Technology Lane, Mount Airy, NC 27030.
Do you offer a warranty on your repairs and products?
Yes, we offer a warranty on all repairs and equipment purchases. The warranty is void if the failure results from accident, abuse, catastrophic failure conditions, severe environmental exposure, misapplication, negligence, contamination, improper calibration, storage or handling and unauthorized maintenance or repair, or if the scribing has been removed or altered in any manner.
